Shipping Policy

Order Processing We process orders within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping in Finland We ship orders via Posti, Matkahuolto, or PostNord. Delivery takes 1–5 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive shipping details and a tracking code via email once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on orders over €40.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking code via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. If your package does not arrive within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@gritfarmhq.com.

Lost or Damaged Package If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service (contact@gritfarmhq.com) as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue with the shipping company.
